Need a developer to build your mobile app?

Jonald Penpillo, a software developer in the Philippines, builds mobile apps with React Native (Expo) and Flutter, together with the APIs and admin panels behind them: a supplier app with live trip safety, a cashless bazaar wallet and an offline-first shop app.

What Jonald can build for you

  • iOS and Android apps from one codebase (React Native / Expo or Flutter)
  • The API and web admin panel behind the app
  • Payments, push notifications and live location
  • Offline-first data that syncs when back online
  • Secure sign-in and per-user data scoping

Proof, not promises

Systems already running

Supplier Hub

A phone-first app for transport, guide and accommodation suppliers: today’s trips, an on-trip safety card with SOS and live location, services and availability, and payouts after commission.

Stack: Expo, React Native, TypeScript, Express 5, Supabase, PayMongo

Delightful Village

A closed-loop wallet and marketplace for bazaars: shoppers pay stalls by QR, on an append-only double-entry ledger in integer centavos, with atomic purchases, signed idempotent cash-in callbacks and inline anti-money-laundering checks. Customer app, merchant app and web console on one typed API.

Stack: Expo, React Native, React, TypeScript, Express, Supabase, PayMongo

Laundry Loyalty

An offline-first shop app: counter, washer and dryer scheduling with live timers, an orders board, a configurable loyalty card and owner reports.

Stack: Flutter, Dart, SQLite
